okay, here's the deal,

I can put together 800$ US by the end of september, maybe another 800-1000 by the end of october. I would like to see dscollins administrating the game come end of november. he was the most " religious" of the players I have seen and a tremendous boon to new players. I do not want to see this die over puggies loss of interest.

And had a deal that the game could run under Pugland but a percentage of the money paid would go back to OC.

For any one to get hold of the game in the current state you will need to contact puggy and the guy at OC.

The way the server side applications are coded (hard coded) you will need a Delphi developer to change to the new hosted environment

Also the code is coded in version 5/6 of Delphi

Mstar does have a copy of the code but it is an old version and you would lose a lot of the work puggy has done.

Maybe he is just going to let eveyones time codes ran out, so no one can ask for refund or complain to much about it.
