ok guys the server is slowly falling apart in starpeace BUT

I've had a glitch a few times where when i ask for indy research menu when the com menu is half way down it gives me a completely starnge menu for research with items like, Sexy Talent Show, and Investigative Journalism, and Digital platforms, now where is this menu coming from?? has anyone seen it before ? it doesnt stay on the screen long enough to select one but flips off and the correct menu replaces it.
